Summer Series Reining
The
SRHA hosts a summer jackpot reining series. This provides an opportunity
for members to begin showing reining horses in a supportive and informal
show environment. It also provides a venue for experienced competitors
to school or introduce young horses to showing.
NOTICE: due to an SHF ruling anyone 12yrs of age and younger, competing at a SRHA Summer Series Show must wear an approved helmet.

After much thought, and
discussion with veterinary professionals, a vote was taken at the
Moose Jaw quarter horse show, and the decision was made to hold
the June jackpot at willow Ridge.
We realize that some
people still feel apprehensive about boarding at
willow ridge, but management there has graciously offered to
pressure wash and disinfect the facility, even though we have been told
it is not necessary.
There will be nearly a 3
month time period between the last active case of rhino and the
Saskatoon jackpot, therefore, the decision was made to host the
reining at willow Ridge.
For anyone still having
misgivings, please check the SHF website for their write-up on Equine
Herpes Virus 1.
Hope to see you all there!
