Concession hours:
Saturday: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Sunday: 11:00 - AM - 3:00 PM.
Camping spots:
Due to the number of electrical reservations, some spots may be further away from the arena than usual.
Please bring your extension cords and 30-15 amp adapters.
Parking Map. To ensure there is adequate power, a maximum of 8 trailers will be allowed to plug in to each electrical parking section outlined in red. Electrical parking is first come, first served. If there are already 8 trailer along the boulevard, please park along the fence on the West end of the paring lot so no breakers are tripped.
Parking:
Due to a water line break, people are encouraged to park in the yellow area, South of the main parling lot.
Gate Workers:
We are looking volunteers to help with the showpen gate. Sign up here!
Arena Signs:
All sponsor signs must be at the arena before 3:00 PM on Friday, July 18 to be hung on the fence.
The arena will be open for riding at 3:00 PM, after all of the sponsor signs have been placed.
Fundraising:
There will be two raffles this weekend sponsored by the Braun Ranch Reiners and the Meggison Reiners.
Tickets are $5 each and the draw will be made after the 1-hour break on Sunday.The SRHA Youth are running a bottle drive. Look for the designated SRHA Youth bags for you recyclables.
Derby Classes:
Please note the following rule for the Open and Non Pro Derby classes:
Riders may ride 1-handed in a full bridle or 2-handed with a snaffle bit or hackamore.
All classes concurrent with the Derby classes are 1-handed. Therefore, if one enters any if those along with a derby class, they will need to be showing 1-handed.
4-Year-Old Incentive Money:
The highest scoring 4-year-old horses in the Non Pro and Open derbies will qualify for a $250 cash prize.
The 4-year-old incentive prize money is sponsored by Julia Quibell and Tori Meggison.
Breeders Group:
Both of the Derby classes qualify for Breeders Group prizes.
The highest scoring Non Pro and Open derby horses sired by a Breeders Group nominated stallion will determine the winners. Both the rider and sire owner of the winning horses will receive Breeders Group awards.
Walk-Trot Reining:

NRHA Information:
You can check your earnings and class eligibility through Reiner Suite. There is an eligibility tool to check if you are permitted to compete in a particular NRHA class.
Stalling:
Stall cleaning will be included with stall fees for this show!
Pre-ordered shavings will be delivered to the show and will be available for pickup outside of the small overhead door on the South side of the barn, near the wash rack.
